Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy describes how All-In-One Property and the property management businesses operating on it collect, use, and protect information about tenants and users of the service (the “Service”).

Mobile information and text messaging consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This applies without exception. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are never sold, rented, licensed, or disclosed to any third party for that party’s own use, and are never used for marketing or promotional messaging of any kind.

If you opt in, we send account-related text messages only: rent reminders, payment confirmations, late notices, maintenance and work order updates, and links to your tenant account page. You may opt in using the text message sign-up form, from your tenant account portal, or by written consent on a signed lease agreement.

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of your lease or of any purchase.

Information we collect

How we use information

Information is used solely to operate your tenancy and the Service: maintaining your account ledger, sending the notices you have opted into, responding to maintenance requests, and meeting legal and tax record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for advertising or marketing.

Disclosure of information

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

We use a small number of vendors strictly as processors acting on our behalf and under contract — website hosting, email delivery, and the telecommunications carrier that transmits text messages you have requested. These vendors may use information only to perform that function for us and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes, from disclosing it, and from any marketing or promotional use. Engaging a processor to deliver a message you asked for is not sharing your information with a third party, and does not create any exception to the statements above: mobile information and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

We may disclose information where required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained as required for tenancy, accounting, and legal purposes. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, by using the sign-up form, or from your tenant portal. You may contact your property manager to review or correct information we hold about you.

Google account data (property managers)

Property managers who use the Service may choose to connect a Google account. Each connection is optional, separate, and can be disconnected at any time from the Service.

Information received from Google is used only to provide these features to the manager who connected the account. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and is not read by people except where the manager asks us for support, where needed for security, or where required by law. Disconnecting deletes the stored Google access token; payment records already created remain part of the manager's books. Managers can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

All-In-One Property's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Access is restricted to your property manager and to authorised staff of the account holding your tenancy. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure.

Contact

Questions about this policy should be directed to your property manager through the Messages tab of your tenant portal, or using the contact information on your lease agreement.
