These terms govern use of the All-In-One Property tenant portal and its notification services, operated on behalf of your property management company.
These Terms & Conditions do not include or require consent to receive text messages. The tenant text message program is entirely separate and entirely optional — see the Text Message Program Terms. You may decline text messages and use the tenant portal and every other service normally. Nothing in these terms conditions your tenancy, your account, or any transaction on agreeing to receive messages.
Your portal link is personal to your tenancy. Information shown (balances, payment history, maintenance status) is maintained by your property manager; contact them with any questions or disputes regarding your account. Do not share your portal link with others.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including its provisions on text messaging consent data.
